We Solved our house problem with Shane's rent 2 Own System! We were not desperate... but it worked out for us.

Shane Contacted us about our house and we had a problem that needed solving. Being an Accountant with a family, we have relocated to another city and our house had been on the market for over 6 months without a sale in sight. Shane and his team worked with us to find a solution that has allowed us to move on and buy again without having to sell outright with our old house.

When Shane asked us what we were going to do if hte house did not sell... we did not know. We knew we did not want to rent out the house as we had bad tenants damage our lovely home the last time we tried to sell and move on.

An End to our Woes!

I would like to personally thank Shane and the team for the great job they did with placing a tenant buyer into our investment property.

As Investors we had spent a lot of time and energy into learning how the rent to own system worked and tried to get a tenant buyer ourselves. After no success in 6 weeks we decided to place a tenant into the property and all would be fine... We were stilling paying nearly $200/week out of our own pocket into the property, but figured it would all pay off in the end when property prices came around again.

All went well for about 3 months and then the tenants just left.... So we called Shane and the team to se if they could help us....

Within 3 weeks, they had found a suitable family to love our house and we are now actually making a profit each week.. no repairs or maintenance (tenant buyers take care of it all).
